Love the Taste Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

- The guarantee. If you don't love the taste and texture of BettaYou, we'll refund the price you paid for one box, subject to these terms.
- Who can claim. The guarantee is for first-time BettaYou customers only. It is limited to one claim per person, per household and per delivery address.
- Eligible purchases. The guarantee covers one BettaYou 10-sachet box bought directly from bettayou.com.au. If your order includes more than one box (for example, a bundle), the guarantee covers one box only. It does not cover sample packs, gift cards, or products bought from stockists, marketplaces or other retailers.
- Fair try. To claim, you must have used at least 3 sachets from your order.
- Claim window. You must make your claim within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
- How to claim. Email hello@bettayou.com.au with your order number, the name on the order and a brief note on what you didn't enjoy.
- No return required. Because BettaYou is a food product, you don't need to return opened or unopened product. Please dispose of any remaining product responsibly.
- Refund amount. We will refund the amount you actually paid for one box, after any discounts or promotions. Where boxes were bought in a bundle at a reduced price, the refund is the bundle price divided by the number of boxes. Delivery fees are not refunded. Any free gifts or bonuses (such as a recipe e-book) are yours to keep.
- Refund timing. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to process it.
- Fair use. We may decline a claim where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused, for example multiple claims across different names, emails or addresses, or orders placed for resale.
- Changes. We may change or end this guarantee at any time. Changes don't affect orders placed before the change.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
