Wholefood Protein Muesli Bars
Homemade protein muesli bars with real nuts, seeds and freeze-dried blueberries baked into every bar. Ready in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 x 50g BettaYou Blueberry sachet
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup sultanas
- Hemp seeds, to sprinkle on top
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour into your lined tray and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle hemp seeds generously over the top — they add a lovely texture and a little extra goodness.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
