• 3 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings:

How to make:

How to make:

• 1 sachet BettaYou Banana Blend
• 1 cup oats
• ½ cup milk of choice
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• 2 eggs

Method:
Mix all ingredients together, top with blueberries and bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins 

Serve warm topped with Greek yoghurt + fresh berries for the ultimate nourishing breakfast, or cut into slices for an easy grab-and-go muesli snack

These easy protein balls are made with BettaYou Banana Blend for protein, nuts and seeds in every bite.

How to make
Ingredients:

• 1 packet BettaYou Banana Blend
• 1 cup natural almonds
• 1/2 cup coconut + extra for topping
• 1/4 cup organic cacao powder
• 6 Medjool dates

Method:
Blend the almonds, dates, coconut and cacao until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl, add 1 sachet of BettaYou Banana Blend and mix well. Roll into balls, ( if you mix is to dry add 1/4 teaspoons water and mix well) 

Finish by rolling in coconut - optional

Makes around 10 balls.

INGREDIENTS:

1 sachet BettaYou Banana (50g)
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup flour
½ tsp bicarb soda
½ cup extra virgin olive oil or melted butter
½ cup maple syrup
1 tbsp hot water
Pinch of salt

METHOD:

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add oil (or butter), maple syrup + hot water and stir to combine.
Roll into 12 balls, flatten slightly.
Bake at 160°C for 12–15 mins until golden.
